The deal

PeachParty is a marketplace operated by SteadyGo AB (org.nr to be published) that connects brands with creators for user-generated content. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens on your account.

What creators agree to

Original content, accurate representation of yourself and your work, on-time delivery, honoring the rights scope you sold. Payment is processed by Stripe; funds are released after the brand approves delivery.

What brands agree to

Lawful use of delivered content within the agreed rights scope (period, territory, platforms). Renewals are tracked and reminders sent — usage beyond agreed scope is a breach of these terms and of the creator's rights.

Fees and payments

Per-order service and payout fees are shown clearly before payment. Subscription tiers (Creator Free/Premium/Peachium, Brand Free/Premium) are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, with prorated continued access until the next billing date.

Anti-circumvention

To protect both parties (escrow, dispute resolution, rights tracking), all communication and payments must stay on PeachParty until an order is released. Attempts to share contact info or move payments off-platform violate these terms and may result in account suspension and loss of accumulated peach ratings.

Disputes

Brand-creator disputes go through the in-platform revision and refund flow first. PeachParty acts as mediator and reserves final discretion on releasing escrowed funds.

Content policy

No illegal content, no IP infringement, no hate speech, no sexually explicit content involving anyone under 18 (zero tolerance), no impersonation. We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate these policies.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Stockholm, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
