Creator agreement

This is the additional agreement between you (creator) and SteadyGo AB (PeachParty) on top of the general Terms of Service. It governs how you list yourself, accept work, get paid, and grant usage rights.

You represent that you are 18 or older, that the profile information you provide is accurate, that you own or have rights to any portfolio media you upload, and that you are legally allowed to work as an independent contractor in your country of residence.

You are an independent contractor of the brand that books you, not an employee of PeachParty or the brand. You are responsible for your own income tax, social contributions, and business registration in your country. Stripe Connect handles payout reporting but does not calculate taxes for you.

Payment for a completed order is released from escrow to your connected Stripe account when the brand approves delivery, or automatically 7 days after delivery if the brand doesn't respond. Standard payout arrives 1–2 business days later; Peachium creators and opt-in Free/Premium creators receive instant payouts (~30 minutes).

Platform payout fee applies per your tier: Free 7%, Premium 5%, Peachium 1.9%. If you opt in to instant payouts on Free/Premium, Stripe's 1% instant-payout fee is deducted from your payout. Peachium instant-payout fees are absorbed by PeachParty.

When a brand accepts your delivery, you grant them a licence to use that content within the platforms, territories, usage type, and duration specified on the order. You retain copyright in the content. If the brand wants to use it beyond the agreed scope, they must purchase an extension via /company/rights.

You grant PeachParty a non-exclusive licence to display your public profile, portfolio, showcase clip, and reviews on peachparty.io and marketing materials, for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace. You can remove your content at any time by deleting your profile.

You agree not to solicit off-platform payments from brands you meet through PeachParty, and not to accept follow-up orders from those brands outside the platform for 12 months after your last on-platform order with them. This is the mechanism that lets PeachParty invest in tools and payment infrastructure that benefit you.

You can close your account at any time from /creator/settings. We can suspend or close your account for breaches of the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or this agreement. Pending payouts on completed and approved orders are paid out; funds held for unresolved disputes are held until resolved.
