Acceptable use policy

Everyone using peachparty.io agrees not to do the things listed below. This applies to profiles, briefs, messages, deliveries, and any other content you produce on the platform.

No content that: sexually depicts anyone under 18; promotes terrorism, extremist ideology, or specific violence against people or groups; is defamatory, threatening, or harassing; violates a real person's privacy or publicity rights; infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP you don't own or license; discloses personal data of others without consent.

No: circumventing platform payment (off-platform Swish, IBAN, PayPal, gift cards etc), impersonating another creator or brand, creating multiple accounts to evade suspensions, scraping or bulk-downloading creator or brand data, reverse-engineering the platform to build a competing service, deploying automated bots that create profiles or send messages, uploading malware or executables disguised as content.

Content promoting alcohol, gambling, tobacco/vape, crypto/DeFi, prescription medication, weight-loss/diet, and political campaigns is allowed only when: (a) the brief flags the sensitive category, (b) required disclaimers are included in the deliverable, (c) the campaign meets the local laws of every territory the licence covers. Age-gating and geoblocking are the brand's responsibility.

AI-assisted content (image tools, script drafting, editing) is allowed. Fully synthetic "creator" personas whose likeness is AI-generated must be marked as AI in the creator's profile — we surface this badge to brands automatically. Passing off AI content as real-human content in a brief that specifically requires real humans is a serious breach.

First violation: notice and content removal. Repeated or severe violations: account suspension. Illegal content is reported to competent authorities where required by law (child safety, terrorism, credible violence threats).
