When you can refund

PeachParty holds your payment in escrow until you approve the creator's delivery. As long as the order status is PAID or DELIVERED (not yet approved), a refund is possible via one of the routes below.

Cancelled before delivery

If the creator hasn't submitted delivery yet and both parties agree to cancel, or if the creator misses the deadline by more than 3 days, contact support. Full refund minus Stripe's non-refundable payment-processing fee (~1.5%).

Revision request

If the delivery doesn't fully match the brief, request a revision via the order page. Brief revision limit applies (default 2). The creator has 3 days to redeliver.

Satisfaction guarantee (Peachium creators)

For orders with a Peachium โœฆ creator, if the final delivery is genuinely not usable, claim the satisfaction guarantee within 7 days of delivery. 100% refund. Not for change of mind or minor cosmetic complaints.

Dispute

If revision requests don't resolve the issue, or the creator becomes unresponsive, escalate to /support. PeachParty admin reviews the brief, delivery files, revision history, and messages within 3 business days and rules on refund vs release.

After approval

Once you approve delivery, the creator payout is released and further refund is not automatic. You can still open a dispute if you later discover a material misrepresentation (e.g. plagiarised content, undisclosed AI generation for a real-person brief). Time limit: 30 days after approval.

Rights refund

If you cancel a renewal via /company/rights within 14 days of renewal payment, full refund. The renewal licence ends immediately.

Subscription refund

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period; cancel any time from /account/billing to stop the next charge. Annual subscriptions can be refunded pro-rata within 14 days of the initial charge only.
