Community guidelines

The point

PeachParty is a marketplace for real brands and real creators to make real content together. These guidelines exist so both sides can operate with trust. Break them and you can be paused, warned, or removed.

Be honest about who you are

Use your real name (or verified business name). Don't misrepresent your niche, follower counts, or portfolio work. AI-generated "creator" personas are allowed only when marked as such in your profile โ€” we surface an AI-badge automatically. Impersonating a real person is grounds for immediate removal.

Respectful communication

No harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory language in messages, briefs, or public profiles. Disagreements about creative direction are fine; personal attacks are not.

Deliver what you agreed to

Creators: ship the deliverables specified in the accepted proposal, in the platform + format the brief called for, within the deadline. Brands: pay via escrow, review deliveries within 7 days, and use the delivered content only within the usage-rights window and scope you accepted.

Keep payments on-platform

Off-platform payments break escrow, dispute mediation, tax reporting, and rights tracking. Messages asking to pay via Swish, PayPal, IBAN, or messenger transfer are flagged automatically and repeatedly ignored requests are grounds for account removal. This protects you as much as it protects us.

Content standards

No sexually explicit content, no promotion of illegal activity, no content involving minors, no misleading medical or financial claims. Sensitive categories (alcohol, gambling, tobacco, crypto, diet, political) are allowed only when flagged in the brief and delivered with the required disclaimers for the target market.

Reporting

Message an admin via /support or email hello@peachparty.io to report a violation. We review reports within 2 business days. Retaliation against reporters is itself a violation.

Consequences

First minor breach: written warning. Repeated or severe breaches: temporary suspension. Serious breaches (impersonation, harassment, payment circumvention, illegal content): permanent removal and forfeiture of pending payouts.
