Brand agreement

This is the additional agreement between your organisation (brand) and SteadyGo AB (PeachParty), on top of the general Terms of Service. It governs how you post briefs, book creators, pay, and use delivered content.

You represent that you have authority to bind your organisation to this agreement, that the organisation details are accurate, and that your VAT/tax number is valid where applicable.

You pay per-order via Stripe (card or SEPA where enabled). Full brand-side total is charged at acceptance and held on the PeachParty platform balance until the creator's delivery is approved by you (or auto-approved 7 days after delivery). Your subscription (Premium tier) is charged monthly or annually via Stripe Billing.

Service fee applies per your tier on top of the creator's stated price: Free 19% + €5 small-order surcharge (under €250), Premium 9% + €3 small-order surcharge (under €200). Premium also receives 3% cashback in peach credits on every completed order, applied to your next order.

You have 7 days from delivery to review, request revisions (within brief-specified limits), or approve. If you do nothing within 7 days, delivery auto-approves and payout is released. You cannot request revisions after approval.

You receive a licence to use the delivered content strictly within the platforms, territories, usage type, and duration you selected at approval. Using the content outside the licence (e.g. paid ads when you licensed organic only, past the expiry date, in territories you didn't purchase) is a copyright violation and terminates the licence retroactively. Renew before expiry via /company/rights.

When you book a creator with the Peachium ✦ badge and the delivered content isn't acceptable to you for good-faith reasons, you can claim the satisfaction guarantee via the order page within 7 days of delivery. Refund is 100% of what you paid; the creator forfeits payout on that order. Not usable after approval, not usable for change-of-mind after minor cosmetic revisions.

If you and the creator can't agree on whether the delivery meets the brief, either party can escalate to /support. PeachParty admin reviews the brief, deliveries, and messages, and rules within 3 business days. Decisions are final; refunds or releases are executed accordingly.

You agree not to solicit creators you meet through PeachParty for work outside the platform for 12 months after your last on-platform order with them. Breach entitles PeachParty to invoice you for the equivalent service fee we would have earned.
